Tip from a Librarian

As an avid reader and library user, I had no idea about this and so, as a writer, I am sharing this widely. I used to think that I was helping libraries, and flexing my dewey decimal system knowledge by reshelving every book I pulled out. Turns out this is working against libraries, librarians, and writers.
