Substack

As some of you might know, I am no-contact with my parents - though that is soon changing because I am visiting them soon. I don't know if now we will be in contact, after this trip, but I do know that I have been writing about my feelings in secret and to myself for a bit.

So I started a Substack, about being no-contact, and to process what is to come.

I don't know where these writings are going to go, but I do know that I need them out of my own space and my own eyes and sometimes giving my writings to the world has yielded clarity. I am in search of much more than clarity, but here is my first piece, and I will be releasing a new piece weekly.
